On april 16th 1984 at around 1:30 pm, yuma police officers were Dispatched to 2103 south 11th avenue in reference to a possible deceased Person at the residence. Upon arrival, police found evelyn halsey deceased In the residence. The cause of death was determined to be from a broken Back. Evidence indicates halsey was drug into the house from the driveway And was possibly deceased prior to being drug into the house.
