Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in sunday’s homicide on east 36th street as edward wells, 56, of highland springs. At approximately 9:22 a.M., august 22, richmond police responded to the 100 block of east 36th street for a person down. Officers arrived and located an adult male, wells, with apparent injuries down and unresponsive inside of a structure. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
