At approximately 1:15 a.M., june 30, 2001, a security officer at the apartment complex, 3190 tarpon dr. Discovered jerry stamper lying unconscious, on the ground, with blood on his face. Paramedics responded but found jerry had died from trauma to the head. Investigators learned that the first police officers at the scene found jerry's wallet lying empty next to his body. Investigators found that jerry was last seen alive approximately one hour earlier, when he made a small purchase at the 7-eleven, 3421 e. Tropicana. Jerry was on foot when he left the store. The store was a short walk from the apartment complex where jerry was found. There are no known witnesses to the apparent robbery and murder of jerry stamper.Agency
