On november 29, 2008, at 10:43 a.M., officers responded to 531 se 155th avenue, to the report of a possible dead body. Upon officers arrival a food delivery man said that he had found a body inside the residence. He believed it to be roland jackson dir, a man he regularly delivered food to. Mr. Dir was a 54-year-old white male. Mr. Dir died of homicidal violence.
