On 9/15/2018 two groups of people were in a private club on exchange street. The two groups had a confrontation while leaving the club. The victim burwell and his girlfriend entered the parking terrace at 55 east exchange. They were confronted by two suspects from the other group. One suspect produced a handgun and fired at the victim. He was struck in the torso and died at the scene.Agency
