Richmond police detectives have identified the victim of a homicide on terminal avenue on tuesday as a juvenile male, 17, from north chesterfield. At approximately 11:58 p.M., officers were called to the 2400 block of terminal avenue for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found a juvenile male down and unresponsive in the front yard of a house. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
