Description: Burglary 2 / Assault 4: On 7/11/2026, at approximately 3:16 pm a disturbance was reported at Smoking Deals . a subject reported a male attempted to take cigarettes by force, shoving and pushing the Clerk. The male knocked a display of BIC lighters off the counter near the register, apologized and asked to help clean up the lighters and was told to leave. As the male left, he stated, You better feel lucky I didn't do anything to you. The male came back later to apologize, was told to leave again and proceeded to call the shop approximately 7 times. The male was later identified as a subject (9/25/1998). Jayson was placed under arrest for Robbery in the 2nd degree and Assault 4. a subject was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial.
