Description: On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at approximately 2226 hours, deputies with the Criminal Apprehension Unit conducted a traffic stop on southbound Interstate 49 near the State Route 7 exit on a white Dodge truck for an improper display of a license plate. Contact was made with the passenger, identified as Tyler Billings, who was subsequently arrested on an active Belton Police Department warrant (warrant number: 2517MFA4503) for an original traffic offense of Vehicle License/Inspection. A bond was granted at $225.00 cash or surety, or 10% cash. [NAME] was transported to the Cass County Jail for processing.
