The richmond police department is investigating a homicide that occurred last night in creighton court. At approximately 10:15 p.M., on friday, december 20, rpd officers were called to the 2000 block of north 29th street for a report of a person shot. When they arrived they quickly located a black male, monte banks, 35, of the 2000 block of north 29th street, lying outside on the ground. He had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 10:23 p.M.Agency
