Vincent ruiz was driving to a local fast food restaurant when he became involved in a traffic dispute with the occupants of another vehicle, which was traveling in the same direction on west 44th avenue. Vincent ruiz and the occupants of the other involved vehicle all got out of their respective vehicles and a physical altercation ensued. It was during this time that vincent ruiz was shot to death.
