Victoria parent was arriving at her friend's home to visit around 10:15 p.M. They had worked it out so that she and her friend arrived about the same time. When the victim got out of her vehicle, which was parked on floyd ave and walked over to the house on colonial ave she was attacked by an unknown b/m. They exchanged words and the suspect took her purse. When he took the purse from her a struggle ensued, and the suspect fired a weapon. The victim was hit by a bullet, and she died at mcv hospital a short time later.Agency
