Description: Baltimore County police have arrested two 13-year-old carjacking suspects. The arrests follow two armed carjackings that occurred on July 11, 2026 between 6 and 6:30 a.m. near the intersections of Greenspring Valley Road and Reisterstown Road, 21117, and York Road and Towsontown Boulevard, 21204. Officers located the suspects in the 2000 block of Woodlawn Drive, 21207. This investigation remains ongoing.
