On 05-27-2017 at approximately 1458 hours, officers of the kansas city, missouri police department were dispatched to 2118 kansas ave on a reported shooting. Upon arrival officers discovered two male victims suffering from gunshot trauma. Both victims were transported to an area hospital. One victim was declared deceased on 06-01-2017; the other was treated and released. This is being investigated as a homicide.
