The victim had also communicated with a second female subject who responded to the location to obtain money from the victim. While at the scene the victim contacted a friend and they talked. The victim and the friend conversed and the while they conversed they were contacted by the suspect. The suspect began shooting, striking the victim multiple times. The suspect fled the scene.Witnesses described the suspect as a black male wearing a black hoodie. The kansas city missouri police department’s homicide unit is asking anyone with information to contact the tips hotline or the homicide unit 816-234-5043. Det.
