Description: DISORDERLY CONDUCT. PER LT LEWIS//HENSLEY[S2161 23:33:32]: APPROXIMATLEY 30 TO 40 PEOPLE GATHERED AT THE BASKETBALL AND SEATING AREAS. AS I PULLED IN AND WALKED UP, PEOPLE WERE LEAVING AFTER THEY SEEN ME SITTING DOWN THE STREET FOR MAYBE ONE MINUTE. WALKED AROUND THE PARK AND THERE IS ENTIRELY WAY TOO MUCH TRASH THROWN ABOUT ON THE GROUND, DISPITE THERE BEING 6 TRASH BINS WIHTING A 100 FOOT RADIUS OF EACH OTHER.

On thursday, october 18, 2001, at approximately 8 p.M. Witnesses state that regina hicks left her boyfriends residence driving her white camero, to retrieve her son, at another location. Witnesses at the retrieval residence stated regina hicks never arrived to pick up her son. On monday, october 22, 2001, regina's white camero was located in a pond at sectionline 30. Further investigation confirmed the body of regina hicks was recovered from the vehicle.Agency
