At approximately 12:05 am, on saturday, august 12, 2006, police were called to the 1400 block of fairmont street, nw, to investigate the trouble. Upon arrival offi cers located 25-year-old terran miller, of the 1400 block of fairmont street, nw, suffering from apparent severe head injuries. The preliminary investigation indicates that he was shot at by a person or persons unknown while in the 1400 block of fairmont street, nw. While fl eeing he was struck by a car that failed to stop. He was taken to the washington hospital center’s medstar unit and admitted in critical condition. At approximately 8:05 am, on friday, august 18, 2006, terran miller was pronounced dead as a result of his injuries.Agency
