Description: DWI: Officers received information regarding a driver with a cancelled driver's license. The subject was located and stopped. The driver, a 66 year old male from Minneapolis, appeared intoxicated and did not have the required ignition interlock. A warrant for a blood/urine test was received and the driver submitted to a blood draw for testing. Based on his past driving record, the driver was booked at the Ramsey County Jail for felony 1st degree DWI, driving after cancelation, violation of alcohol restorations an violation of ignition interlock restriction.
