On 5/20/1994 a friend of the victim called in a check on well-being for deborah jean timmons at 6967 e. 15th pl. #142 (leisure manor apartments). Timmons had not been seen or heard from in a couple of days and was not returning phone calls. The apartment management and maintenance entered the apartment and located timmons deceased in the bathroom. The death was originally thought to be a suicide, however evidence indicates otherwise.Agency
