Description: DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL/ DRUGS: Officers responded to the area of Chardon and Euclid for a disabled motor vehicle parked in the middle of the road. Officers discovered a driver was asleep at the wheel. After escorting the driver out, officers suspected he had been driving under the infulence of alcohol. Roadside testing was conducted and the driver was subsequently arrested for operating a vehicle under the influence. While processing at the station, the driver had complaints of difficulty breathing. The male was cited, and released to the care of Euclid EMS.
