On july 20, 1974 at 4:00 p.M., two teenagers discovered a deceased black male in the pond of arundel sand and gravel behind the earliegh heights tavern in severna park, maryland. There was no clothing or identification in the area but prints identified the victim as john edward tindale, a 28 year old male from the 2000 block of keyworth avenue, baltimore, maryland. Mr. Tindale’s cause of death was drowning with the manner being homicide.
