On february 22, 2016, at approximately 0347 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call that was later upgraded to a shooting. Officers arrived and located jackson in the driver's seat of a silver lexus. Jackson was suffering from a gunshot wound to the stomach. Jackson was pronounced deceased on the scene by medics. Witnesses placed a black female inside of the vehicle with jackson when he was shot.Agency
