Vernon carney b/m 01/31/1974 on 02/04/2012 at 0104 hours, officers of the kansas city missouri police department were dispatched to 57th and troost on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim deceased inside a silver cadillac escalade from apparent gunshot wounds.
