Description: Officers stopped a vehicle for violations at Horlacher and Laird. The driver showed signs of impairment and SFST’s were conducted resulting in the arrest of (H/M/21) for OVI. A Towed Vehicle inventory search found Felony 5 Drugs and Salazar was also arrested for Possession of Drugs. A Breath Test was conducted at the Kettering Jail with a result of .119 BAC.
