On september 16, 2012 at 2:28 in the morning, palmetto-richland hospital nurse lindsey bires was struck by a small white vehicle. Prior to being hit by this vehicle, lindsey bires was sitting on the curve at 2 medical park drive. The vehicle fled the scene leaving lindsey critically injured. This vehicle and its driver could not be located or identified.Agency
