On june 12, 2004 the victim was working at a store located at 12711 e. 41st street. At approximately 0310 hours a store surveillance camera caught a male enter the store. The subject was holding a gun in his hand pointing it at the victim. The suspect then fired one round hitting the victim. The suspect then walked out the store without taking anything. The victim died from a gunshot wound.Agency
