Description: On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at approximately 1211 hours, the Criminal [NAME] was dispatched to the area of Butcher Rd., north of State Route A, for a welfare check. On scene, units contacted Barry Martin, who was arrested on the following warrants: a Bates County warrant (#26-BSFTA-166) for Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $10,000 cash-only bond; active Drexel warrants (#25-17FTA-787 for FTA: Speeding - School Zone 11-15 Over, and #25-17FTA-788 for FTA: No Proof of Insurance); and active Archie warrants (#25-17FTA-785 for No Proof of Insurance and #25-17FTA-786 for Expired License Plates). [NAME]'s total bond for the Drexel and Archie warrants was $400 cash only, or release on own recognizance (ROR) after 48 hours.
