The bodies of two tampa women were discovered in an open area of jacksonville's northside on september 18, 2014. Investigators say the victims are 19-year-old angelia ella mangum and 18-year-old tjhisha monique ball. Both women had been hog-tied and thrown from an overpass onto the side of the road.
