On october 5, 2013, at 9:00 p.M., cincinnati police officers responded to 1622 waverly avenue to investigate a body found in the road. Responding officers located a male victim with gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim has been identified as 24yr old anthony matthews.
