Description: Officers advised over the radio that an entered stolen vehicle (DWOC) just hit the FLOCK camera at Smithville and Forrer. Ofc. Ferrell located the vehicle near Wilmington and Marshall. The driver, (B/M/47) , pulled into 3940 Parliament where he was taken into custody. Weaver was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia as well. Weaver was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia and Dayton PD responded to the scene to take custody of him.
