On october 31, 2022, at 12:24pm, patrol officers responded to the 2500 block of howey rd. On a body found in a vacant house. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 36yr old jessica sykes, inside a vacant residence. The victim was pronounced deceased by engine 16 at 12:33pm. Upon further investigation, it appeared as the victim was suffering from a gunshot wound.Agency
