On october 13, 1970 the victim was discovered deceased at his residence located at 612 e. Easton street. The victim and his common-law wife lived above his business, fletchers bar. The victim was last seen during the late evening hours of october 12th operating his bar with several patrons inside. The victim's wife came down at 0100 hours on on the 13th and discoverd her husband deceased. The victim was beaten and died as a result of his injuries.Agency
