On august 3, 2018, at approximately 12:10 a.M., columbus police officers were called to 442 s. Yale avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male victim, later identified as 29yr old tabyus chappell, lying outside the front of the residence suffering from a gunshot wound. Cfd medic 10 responded to the scene and transported mr. Chappell to mt. Carmel west hospital, where at 12:40 a.M. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by attending medical personnel.Agency
