Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in monday night’s homicide as orlando shaw, 48, of chesterfield. At approximately 7:38 p.M., officers responded to the 1600 block of commerce road for the report of a person shot. Officers located an adult male, shaw, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner will determine cause and manner of death.Agency
