Description: Domestic Violence. Complainant called stating her sister had texted her saying she needed the police. The sister's boyfriend was being aggressive and was not letting her leave. The aggressive boyfriend had access to a firearm and it was unknown if any were in use. Valley units arrived and surrounded the house before attempting contact. The male was later arrested for domestic violence.
