On december 20, 1979, the victim attended a christmas party at his place of employment. After leaving the party, the victim went to another bar, harvey's, where he shot pool. The victim left harvey's and went to the lighthouse bar in havre de grace sometime around 1:00 a.M. It is unknown what time stauffer left the lighthouse bar. It is believed stauffer may have been in the company of two unidentified males at the time he left the bar.Agency
