Kylie m. Cubie b/f 12/7/1978 on 4/19/2018 at 0436 hours, officers responded to a call for ems at 36/park. Upon arrival officer observed a black female identified as kylie cubie, b/f, 12/7/1978 deceased on the south sidewalk. The officer observed a significant amount of blood from the area of the victim's head. Ems arrived and declared the victim deceased. Det.
