Artreze l. Dorsey b/m 09/21/1992 officers responded to the area of 81st street & garfield ave on a reported shooting. Upon arrival, officers found the victim lying in front of 8040 garfield ave. They observed the victim to be suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The victim later died from his injuries.
