Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in sunday’s homicide on hull street as jer’maurri gilliam, 26, of richmond. Sunday at approximately 1:44 p.M., richmond police were called to the 3400 block of hull street for a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located gilliam with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.Agency
