Description: A Nissan Altima struck two teen pedestrians walking an electric bike on southbound Dupont Parkway. The driver initially stopped but then fled the scene. Both pedestrians, a 17-year-old male and 17-year-old female, were pronounced dead at the scene. Nizaiah Ellis, 23, of Newfield NJ, was arrested and charged with two counts of Leaving the Scene of a Collision Resulting in Death.
