On may 31, 2020, at approximately 0134 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of the miller mart. While officers were in route, the call was upgraded to a shooting. As per the video, there was a shootout at the gas pumps where martinez jr. And another victim were struck by gunfire. Several shooters shot in the direction of martinez jr. And the other victim.
