On july 14, 1986, 43 year old thomas lane walked several blocks from his apartment on capitol hill to washington park. Mr. Lane was fishing on a bank of the north lake during the early evening when a bullet struck and killed him. Witnesses spotted a beat-up tan full-sized car with new body work on the right rear fender. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the denver police department.
