Description: Officers were dispatched to 530 E. Stroop (2nd and Charles) in reference to a suspect in a previous theft returning to the store. Upon arrival, officers located and identified the subject as (B/M/30) . Investigation led to Brown being arrested for theft and criminal trespass.
