On June 17, 1969, the 16 yr old victim was reported missing by her parents to the Narragansett Police. Her vehicle was found abandoned later that day on Oak Dell Street in South Kingstown. On July 8, 1969, her decomposed body was found on the side of a path in the woods almost 200 feet off Broad Rock Rd in South Kingstown, which is 3 ½ miles from where her car was found.
