Description: DISPLAY LICENSE PLATES: Police heard shots fired while on E. 222nd St. and Miller Ave. Shortly after saw a vehicle traveling eastbound on Miller at a high rate of speed with three males inside. Vehicle did not have a license plate displayed, conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle on St. Claire Ave, the vehicle was very slow to stop. Upon approach could smell the odor of burnt marijuana in the vehicle. Asked driver if there were any weapons in the car to which stated no. I observed a handgun in between the male’s legs. Took the driver out and seized handgun. Took the passenger and rear passenger out where located two more handguns. Passenger and rear passenger were prohibited from carrying handguns. They were transported down to the Cuyahoga County Jail and booked on weapons under disability and carrying concealed weapons. Driver cited for carrying concealed weapons. Vehicle towed and held for evidence. Evidence was input. Report was forwarded to the DB.
