Upon arrival, officers located the victim, 21yr old zemyre abraham, inside his vehicle parked along side the curb on stelzer rd., suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local area hospital; however, despite receiving life saving medical treatment, the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 2:03am.Agency
