On april 7, 2019 at approximately 5:49 a.M., lvmpd patrol officers were dispatched to an apartment complex near the 3700 block of swenson street to investigate a report of a shooting. Arriving officers located an adult male in the parking lot suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid to the victim until medical arrived. He was transported to sunrise hospital trauma in critical condition. The investigation initiated by lvmpd patrol detectives indicates a possible suspect was seen in the immediate area before the victim was shot. He is described as a black male adult in his 20’s, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans. On april 11, 2019 the victim was pronounced deceased.Agency
