Parker willingham b/m 3/27/1987 occurred: 12/13/2015, 0415 hours, 3424 park officers were dispatched to 3424 park in regard to a shotspotter shots fired call. Upon arrival officers located the victim lying unresponsive in the driveway of the dispatched address. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
