A vehicle was located parked at the intersection. An investigation was conducted and the driver was taken into custody. The driver was transported to the Cass County Jail. A report was taken.

Nicholas c. Walker b/m 4-24-1983 occurred: 12/18/2015, approx. 2230 hours, at 610 elmwood officers were dispatched to 610 elmwood on an ambulance en route. Upon arrival the officers located the victim in a vehicle in front of the dispatched address. The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses advised the suspect were observed walking away from the scene. The kansas city missouri police department’s homicide unit is asking anyone with information to contact the tips hotline or the homicide unit 816-234-5043. Det.
