On september 15, 2021, a report came into south central area command that jason hernandez was found unconscious inside his apartment complex at 5100 e. Tropicana suffering from blunt force trauma to the head. The victim remained in a medically induced coma and never regained consciousness. Hernandez was pronounced deceased by medical staff months later.Agency
