On thursday, october 18, 2001, at approximately 8 p.M. Witnesses state that regina hicks left her boyfriends residence driving her white camero, to retrieve her son, at another location. Witnesses at the retrieval residence stated regina hicks never arrived to pick up her son. On monday, october 22, 2001, regina's white camero was located in a pond at sectionline 30. Further investigation confirmed the body of regina hicks was recovered from the vehicle.
